We had a horrible experience with a NordicTrak we bought on Amazon and eventually returned, so we... did research on Reddit and found Eric there. I was thoroughly impressed with his low (really no) pressure advice he gave, in fact he offered options at multiple price points we provided and recommended that he would be happy himself with all of the options no matter the price. We don't live in Kansas City, but he did great identifying a local installer and was in constant contact throughout the installation process. I would highly recommend Eric for any of your fitness equipment needs whether you live in Kansas City or elsewhere, even if you're just looking for no-nonsense advice. They... were very informative and gave me several options of equipment that I could purchase from them directly with the ability to save about 30% versus going directly thru the manufacturers website. In conjunction of the discount, I didn't have to pay sales tax either which is almost 10% where I live. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for some exercise equipment, you reach out and have a conversation! Worst case scenario is you get some free information.read more
